Vulcan Waterproofing, Inc. is the only company that has been waterproofing basements continuously for over 70 years. We've seen over 500 waterproofing contractors come and go, but Vulcan Waterproofing has shown our reliability over 7 decades. When these contractors go, so do their warranties, while we provide a lifetime transferable warranty. Under waterproofing contractors listed in the 1970 Yellow Pages, the ONLY company listed THEN and NOW is Vulcan Waterproofing, Inc.

Experienced

We have performed our service for more than 50,000 homeowners, many of them having been “treated” by one of the companies that came and went. As a matter of factual record, about half of the jobs we have done were unsuccessfully attempted in the past by others.

Specialists

We are a third generation, family-owned and Veteran-led company. We are not a franchise operation. We have no side lines. We do all of our own work. No subcontractors. We are considered to be experts by Banks, Savings & Loans, Government Agencies, and the legal profession. We work year round, year in and year out, on nothing but existing foundations.

Staff

You get no sales pitch or double talk, just candid answers and a straight approach to the problem. Every job we do is supervised from start to finish, by one of our foreman, who has to have a minimum of 10 YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH THE COMPANY, because all employees share in our company-funded profit sharing plan, they have the proper incentive to get the job done right. All are experienced, trustworthy, dedicated people. We also have staff certified to perform home inspections.

Insurance

Protection you should absolutely insist upon. We carry a million dollar liability insurance policy. In addition, all of our employees are covered by workman’s compensation. Do all companies have it? Consider this; if you deal with a company that does not have it, severe financial consequences can occur to the homeowner.

Equipped

UNLESS THE EXTERIOR WALLS ARE SEALED, YOU ARE NOT GETTING WATERPROOFING. Vulcan exclusively has the patented machinery and materials to waterproof exterior basement walls WITHOUT DIGGING. This means no injury to sidewalks, patios, shrubs. We own our equipment, plant, and real estate free and clear. NO rent, mortgage, or franchise payments mean LOW OVERHEAD. We have never encountered a job too difficult, too large, or too small.
